Holmes County Help Me Grow

A voluntary and free home visiting program for families who are expecting a baby or who have a child from birth to age three.  It is available to all families, regardless of income, and incorporates newborn visiting, ongoing home visits as determined by the family’s needs and services of children at risk of or with a developmental disability.
