Community Clinic: The Community Clinic offers a wide variety of clinic services to county residents

Help Me Grow: Free home visitation program for families expecting babies or with young children
Hospice: Comfort and care for families and patients with life limiting illnesses
Immunization Clinic: Childhood immunizations to protect children from serious diseases
Travel Clinic: Expert guidance regarding travel-related health questions
Disease Reporting: The health district is responsible for tracking and reporting communicable diseases in an effort to prevent the spread of disease.

Breast-Feeding Resources: Breast-feeding supplies and resources for breast-feeding women
