Bureau for Children with Medical Handicaps (BCMH)The Bureau for Children with Medical Handicaps (BCMH) is a health care program in the Ohio Department of Health. BCMH links families of children with special health care needs to a network of quality providers and helps obtain payment for the services their child needs. Children eligible for BCMH are 0-21 years of age, permanent Ohio residents, under the care of a BCMH approved doctor, have or may have chronic medical condition and for the treatment program be financially eligible.
